Start from Piața Mihai Viteazul, go straight on Bulevardul 21 Decembrie 1989 towards Piața Unirii, continue on Napoca street, enter Central Park and cross the park until you reach Cluj Arena. Takes approximately 15 minutes on foot.

At the stop in Piața Mihai Viteazul board bus line 28 towards the Grigorescu district. Get off at the Hotel Napoca / Octavian Goga stop. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from there to Cluj Arena.
